All Sales are Final- All purchases made through Call Her Mama Co are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Shipping- Orders will ship within 2-3 days of placing them unless it is a pre-order item. If the item is a pre-order item it will say so in the description. All non-preorder items will ship to you within 2-3 days of ordering.

Ship To Address- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE INPUTTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER. 

Defective or Incorrect Items- In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Conditions for Return- Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. The item must be unused, in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless otherwise specified by Call Her Mama Co. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing Time- If a refund is issued, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund. 

Changes to This Policy- Call Her Mama Co can make changes or modifications at any time without prior notice to policies. Please check our website or contact Customer Service for the most recent information on policies.
